Charismatic Care Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides the MyNaviLife app to help people with learning disabilities and additional needs manage their daily routines with support from their carers and family. This policy explains what information the app handles and how we protect it.

Information we handle

• Sign‑in details for carers, family and staff (name and email address) used to access their own area of the app.
• Support information entered to help the person — such as their name, daily routines, task notes, medication logs and mood check‑ins.
• Basic device information needed to run the app and deliver reminders and notifications.

How we use it

• Only to provide the app’s features — daily routines, reminders, notes, progress tracking, and communication within the person’s care team and family.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Sharing

Information is shared only within the person’s care team and family, as designed in the app. We use Google Firebase as our data processor under Google’s data‑protection terms. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data. The app also includes an option to delete an account and its associated data.

Children

MyNaviLife is intended for adults — carers, family, staff and the supported person. It is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this web address.
